SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped using Canada Post. Pick up option is available for local orders. Shipping rates will be calculated once you have entered your shipping destination. At this time we are only shipping within Canada.
RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted as long as the items are returned in unused condition within 15 days however, we cannot accept returns if any aging or non-shipping damage has taken place. Returns are refunded for the amount of merchandise only, this does not include shipping charges. You will have to pay for shipping the item back to us. Please contact us before returning goods for a within 15 days of receipt.

While PayPal costs us, the merchant, a little more in fees, it's really good for the customer.

ORDERING/VIEWING RAIN CHAINS
Please note we are not a brick and mortar store however, we have samples of Rain Chains and are happy to show them to you but it is by appointment only. We are located in Clarksburg, Ontario just west of Collingwood. If you would like to make an appointment please contact us at donna@cityhomeandgarden.com.
WARRANTY
We guarantee our Rain Chains for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If, for any reason, a product breaks or fails, just return it. We'll either repair the item you returned or send you a brand new one.
